Yes-Storage was found in 2006. Unlike traditional mini storage, Yes-Storage pick up storage item directly from customer's home and delivery them to the storage facility. This is a new concept for the mini storage industry. Traditional mini storage provides an empty space only. Yes-Storage provides a service that combine storage, logistic and customer service.
Yes-Storage kept on seeking new ways to improve their service. In 2013, Yes-Storage update their in-house system to SAP in order to provide better service to customer. Besides the number of customer, the warehouse size and transportation team number increase every year as well. We received the "Hong Kong Emerging Service Brand" award from Hong Kong Brand Development Council" in 2012, which means that Yes-Storage's service has a positive impact to Hong Kong's household.
