2. What is the contract arrangement?
When we deliver storage box for the first time, our transportation specialist will provide you a sheet of contract. The contract period start after you sign the contract.

3. Payment methods?
Payment can be settled by Paypal during service registration online, or by cash/cheque upon first time delivery. If customers prefer credit card instalment, please contact our Customer Service for details.

4. Will I received all storage boxes every time?
There are no minimum or maximum amount of storage box per transportation. You can request a single box or the whole set, just as your preference

5. How do we know which storage box belong to you?
Each box is labelled with a bar-code. When we pick up/deliver, we will scan the bar-code and have a record in our database. We can locate your box within seconds upon request

6. Customer service hours?
Operating hours of our customer service centre's are 9:30AM – 7:00PM (Monday to Saturday), 9:30AM – 5:00PM (Sunday) . You can leave us a voice-mail outside our operation hours. Our customer service specialist will contact you on the next office day.

7. Will there be any additional charge if the destination can only be accessed through stairway?
The first 5-10 steps are one flight of stairs and an additional charge of HK$100 for each subsequent 10 steps (less than 10 steps are counted as one stair). This charge is applicable to YA-YE boxes only. YF & YH are subject to separate quotation.

8. What is the definition of single-trip transportation?
The first delivery is free of charge and each subsequent collection or return of the selected box(es) up to the full set of box will be treated as one single trip service.For example, customer placed the order to deliver the boxes to her home and arranged the pick-up of boxes afterwards, it would be counted as 2 single-trip transportations.
Transportation (single trip) is available based on the fee: First 5 storage boxes (or less) is HK$ 88 and HK$16 for each extra storage box. You can contact our Customer Service Hotline for further details of the transportation.

9. Can I visit yes-storage's facility?
Our storage facility is not open to public in view of security.

10. What is a dust-proof protective bag used for?
The purpose of the dust-proof protective bag is to cover the carton storage box containing the customer's belongings. The main function of this bag is to protect the storage box . If the bag is damaged due to natural wear and tear, Yes-Storage will replace the dust-proof protective bag or carton box for free.

11. What is the storage environment like?
Temperature & humidity management and regular pest control are applied in our storage facilities to maintain the best storage condition.

12. What is the size of Yes-Storage combination box?
The size of a Yes-Storage box combination is 46" W x 19" L x 42" H. The volume is around a 7' single door closet

13. Is there weight limit for each Yes-Storage box?
Yes, there is a weight limit for each Yes-Storage box. If a Yes-Storage box is weighed and found to be over the weight limit, a surcharge of $100/box/ride will be charged. If the weight exceeds 10% of the limit, we reserve the right to terminate the delivery arrangement for the box.

14. What is the function and purpose for each type of Yes-Storage box?
YA - book, photo albums, DVD. Capacity around 30 books and 50 DVDs
YB - clothes or toys. Capacity around 50 folded clothes.
YC - clothes, bedding or toys. Capacity two comforter.
YE - suits, long coat. Capacity around 20 piece of hanging clothes. There is a metal rod inside the box

15. Can I switch storage box combination within the contract period?
Yes. However, you will have to pay for the new storage box.

If the carton box is damaged due to natural wear and tear, Yes-Storage will replace the carton box for the customer for free. (There is no carton or bag replacement for YF & YH boxes)

16. Can I use half a set?
No, minimum order amount is one set. If you need extra storage box, you can order another combination .

17. What is forbidden?
Dangerous, explosive or inflammable substances and articles
Prohibited or illegal substances and articles
Food, perishable substances and articles
Animals, plants
Furniture, fragile items
Other substances and articles which are harmful to any persons or companies, or their properties

18. When should I make the delivery appointment?
Please call our Customer Service Hotline at least 2 working days in advance to arrange an appointment.
The hotline service hours: Monday to Saturday (9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.), Sundays and public holidays: Closed
A surcharge of $400-$600 will be charged on a case-by-case basis if the customer requests to use the transportation service outside the service hours.
A maximum of 1 delivery per day per set of box can be made to or from one of our facilities. Round trip is only available to and from the same address and is completed within the same day.

19. Can I change my transportation appointment?
Yes, please call our Customer Service Hotline at 3602 7722 at least one working day (before 4pm) before your scheduled delivery to make arrangements, otherwise you will be deemed to have used the service.

20. Is there restriction for delivery/pickup address?
Yes-Storage provides delivery to residential addresses only and does not deliver to addresses at commercial areas, office or industrial buildings, and outlying islands (e.g. Cheung Chau). For Ma Wan and Discovery Bay, we might charge the toll fee at actual cost and subject to the situation.
